Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored securely via Firebase Authentication). If you register through Google Sign-In, we receive your name and email from Google.
Organization Data: Information you enter about your lounge operation including location names, staff rosters, incident reports, maintenance records, compliance documents, shift reports, schedules, and equipment records.
Usage Data: We automatically collect information about how you interact with the platform, including pages visited, features used, timestamps, browser type, and device information.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the LoungeOps platform
- To create and manage your account and organization
- To communicate with you about your account, updates, and support
- To monitor platform usage for security and abuse prevention
- To comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored using Google Firebase (Firestore and Firebase Authentication), hosted on Google Cloud Platform infrastructure in the United States. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest.
While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
5. Data Sharing
We may share your information only in the following circumstances:
- Within your organization: Data you enter is accessible to authorized users within your LoungeOps organization based on role permissions.
- Service providers: We use third-party services (Google Firebase, Netlify) to host and operate the platform. These providers process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements.
- Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or legal process.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account and organizational data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you request account deletion, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes.
